Went in for helmet for ebike, incredibly friendly and helpful Update: wiped out face first into gravel in the middle of nowhere Ontario Canada. Went in a couple weeks ago, bought a helmet and looking for a vest. Didn't have the vest but they ordered it. Went back last Saturday and picked it up. Great guy behind the counter, helpful and friendly. On the way out in the parking lot met the owner, solid dude.

Good prices. Much better than paying online. Very friendly in making sure the helmet fit, was what I was looking for in style, and within my budget. Did not feel pressured to buy anything I wasn’t interested in, and what I was interested in was talked about knowledgeably.

I came into Extreme Biker Leather as a complete novice and honestly intimidated. I’ve passed by this shop so many times and never visited. I picked up a helmet and a pair of gloves today. I was never pressured to purchase anything and was able to take my time to try on anything and browse. First of all the customer service is amazing. The second you walk in the door they greet you and treat you like family from there on out. This place has an amazing selection of gear, specifically helmets. They have a large selection of different helmets and brands. It’s more than I could ask for when going to look at helmets. Everything you need is right there.

Really great customer service, Quality helmets and leather. Honestly never ever in my 36 years alive come into a store and been greeted so happily as if I was family. They have gone above and beyond when answering my questions and making me feel at home. We even took a photo together and I hate taking pictures😂. Amazing people.

Picked up a new jacket and gloves and gotta go back to look around as there was a good bit to look at. Got there 20 minutes before closing, so I didn't have much time to check it all out. The guy who helped me find what I was lookin for was awesome. Got exactly what I had wanted, and I plan to stop in again soon for a few patches and to check the place out so more.

A really great leather and bike gear shop, wish we had a place like this in Buffalo so I wouldn't have to run out to Rochester! Low prices on thick quality leather and lots of variety too! Very friendly owner.

Went to this shop looking for a Christmas present, found the most awesome leather jacket! The quality of leather is amazing for the price and the shop owner was so helpful in finding what I was looking for with sizing and different options. Honestly the best experience shopping here, 100% will recommend to everyone I know.

What a great store! So nice to find a shop where we can actually go and try things on and see the merch in person and they have a very large and varied selection of everything motorcycle gear!

Very friendly welcoming from the moment I walked into the store. Not pushy with sales and very very helpful in helping me pick the right luggage for my motorcycle. Owners let me take numerous items out to my bike to make sure it was going to work for me. Very nice selection of leather goods and helmets. I will definitely be back for more gear as the riding season goes on!
