Return Policy

PLEASE READ OUR UPDATED RETURN POLICY
Beginning January 1st, 2025

ONLINE CONSUMER EXCHANGES & RETURNS READ BELOW:

• We accept Exchange and Return Requests within 30 days of your original purchase.

• All returns and exchanges must be in new, unused, un-altered, non-damaged condition. Any item that has been “tested”, or “taken on a test ride” is considered used and cannot be returned.

• All tagging and packaging must be intact. If the product is a boxed product (example: Boots, Shoes, Helmets, etc.), you still need to put it in a shipping carton. Do not apply your label to the product box or it will be refused.

• U.S. online purchases may be returned only. International returns are not available at this time.

• There will be a 15% non-refundable restocking fee charged for all returns and exchanges.

• A Return Shipping Label and Return Authorization Package Slip will be provided to you through the email listed on your customer order account. Please be sure to check your email inbox and spam folders for an email from us at sales@extremebikerleather.com

• Please carefully repack your return to prevent damage to the item, enclose the Return Authorization Package Slip in the package, and clearly write the RA# on the outside of the shipping carton. Packages without a Return Authorization Form will be refused.

• Hold onto your return tracking and allow 7-10 business days for your return or exchange to be fully processed.

• Local Customers may process their returns In-Store during business hours. Customer must have their original online order confirmation receipt and items must be in new or unopened condition with original tags and packaging. Local returns will be processed as Store Credit Only and must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Shipping note
Our products are shipped through either UPS, USPS or Fedex. We are entrusting a third party to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third party to deliver your package.
Please allow a 24-48 Hour window of processing time from placement of order prior to shipment.
