Return Policy

We have a 15 Day Return Policy.
Customer must incur all return shipping costs.

Returns: Please do the following steps

  • If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Select the item or items you are now interested in returning. Press send. (Not sure of your login? Check your e-mail for login information for an email was sent out once your order was placed. If you need further assistance, please reach us at

  • We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund request and the cost of shipment. Once we have processed your shipment fee you will be sent a shipping return label. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • You must return the item in new condition or unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of store credit only. 

  • A credit memo will be issued once we've received and processed the returned item.

  • Local Customers may process their returns In-Store during business hours. Customer must have their original online order confirmation receipt and items must be in new or unopened condition with original tags and packaging. Local returns will be processed as Store Credit Only and must be made within 15 days of delivery.

  • International orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged at this time. 



If the item return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) we will refund customer the total amount.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return request, your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
